this barn was painted in watercolors from a reference photo that I had taken just this fall while on a jaunt around the country side. It was another "lonesome" building in need of some repair, but it had a certain quaintness to it...especially with the clothesline that was out front!

I like the effect you've achieved using a limited color palette. It really lends to the lonesome feel of the barn.
